Jod Demands Analysis/Physical Demands Analysis (JDA/PDA)

This analysis involves the preparation of a report outlining the physical requirements of a job. In addition to physical parameters this analysis considers the environmental impact, equipment interaction, mental demands and work area parameters placed on the employee.  A concise JDA/PDA report can be used for many purposes such as returning employees to work, accommodating injured workers, and providing valuable information to claims adjudicators and/or WSIB officials.

• Completed a six-month project which involved conducting 72 Job Demands Analyses for multiple positions in the retail store environment.

Intier – Mississauga Seating Systems

• Conducted Job Demands Analyses for multiple assembly line jobs (130 positions in total) within an automotive seating manufacturing environment.

Toronto Community Housing Corporation

• Completed multiple Job Demands Analyses for housing management, community safety, maintenance and supervisory positions.
