Ergonomics Awareness Seminar for Computer Users

This awareness seminar consists of a one-hour classroom session that includes tips on how to properly set up a computer workstation. It discusses musculoskeletal disorders and how employees can recognize and reduce ergonomics-related risk factors that lead to discomfort and injury. A popular option that complements the training seminar is the individual workstation visit. The workstation visit allows the ergonomist a brief opportunity to assist with making adjustments to each individual employee to address specific questions from employees.
